    Experience Earthing for Yourself

    Recharge your body's battery

We are meant to be in connection with the Earth. Our modern lifestyle interferes with the natural ebb and flow of energy we used to experience at all times of the day and night.

If you are feeling tired, mood is off, joints or muscles hurt, or simply need a break, give yourself the opportunity to try earthing. It's simple and free! Simply make a direct connection of bare skin (ideally bottom of the feet at a minimum) against grass or sand or dirt. And since water is a natural conductor, wet or dewy grass is even better! Trees and bark are naturally insulating, so seek out the parts of earth that naturally lie horizontal.

Challenge yourself to commit to daily earthing of at least 15 minutes and see what happens...like with all of exposure in nature: the more the better!

Feel free to print off the pie chart and shade in how you rate your health and wellness within each category. Date the chart so the next time you run an analysis you can compare results. For more detail on what qualities exist within each dimension, and how to quantitatively evaluate your wellness, see this blog post.
